On February 4, 2005, Great Aim Group held its work summary conference 2004 at Zhongshan Shangri-La Hotel. In 2004, Great Aim Enterprise made a big harvest, and ushered in its tenth birthday, and Great Aim Group was officially established. For one year, led by real estate development, with domestic and foreign trade as a pillar, urban operation as the focus, the group has made a lot of success in areas such as the implementation of strategic goals, perfection of organizational structure, integration of the group's resources and expansion of commercial opportunities.
The meeting was presided over by President Yu Daoqun. Firstly, Chairman Yang summarized the work of 2004. He fully recognized the work done by each unit over the year. He said, in 2004, the enterprise was creating benefits and striving for development in market opportunities, worked hard to improve itself in management and integration. Under the correct leadership of the board, each unit of the group had worked hard with a spirit of unyielding, diligence, unity and coordination, with which they had presented a precious gift to the group's tenth birthday and a satisfactory result to the board of the group. By the end of 2004, the total worth of its assets had reached 3.064 billion Yuan. In 2004, the group completed real estate development of near 339,000 ㎡, with an output value of approximately 430 million Yuan; the group's import and export trade amount reached 305 million Yuan, up 33% year on year; in the area of construction, it completed a total volume of construction of 135 million Yuan, up 322% year on year; its property management area exceeded 1 million ㎡, up 25% year on year; its communication branch achieved an operation amount of 12.30 million Yuan. Meanwhile, it also made delectable achievements in the areas of administrative management and corporate culture construction. Chairman Yang also planned the group's work in 2005.
President Yu Daoqun thanked all employees for their hard work in the past year and placed his hope on the work of 2005.
Chairman assistant Xu Wen announced to commend and award advanced units, excellent teams and individuals of the past year. She hoped that every excellent employee could take their honor as dynamic force for progress and a new start, keep modest and prudent and work harder; and also hoped that other employees can take them as an example, carry forward the working style of arduous effort and selfless contribution, forget ahead with bravery and innovation and make bigger contributions for the group in the new year.
On the meeting, the principal of each unit was full of confidence and hope with the work of 2005 and came onto the stage to express their determination.
