 On March 26, the 2nd (enlarged) board meeting of the group in 2016 and the signing ceremony for letters of responsibility for targets of 2016 was convened in Nanwan International.

 With a title of "People Oriented, Optimizing the Execution of Positions; Carrying forward Culture, Opening a New Chapter by Planning Comprehensively", Zhao Riyun, administrative supervisor of the group, prepared a work report on position optimization, talent cultivation, salary and performance assessment in 2016.

 Chairman Yang analyzed the feasibility of the letters of responsibility for targets of 2016 by referring to the real figures.
