The award is awarded in accordance with the Selection Method for Awards for Excellent Architectural Engineering of Shenzhen. Experts firstly conduct a strict examination and inspection on the projects of the enterprises, which will then be reviewed and approved by the Engineering Quality Work Committee of Shenzhen Construction Industry Association. The evaluation results indicated that in Longgang district, Ningjia Garden won the honor along with other projects such as Vanke Tainyu Garden Phase II and Kaisa Central Plaza Phase III.
