After a preliminary review was conducted on the 118 projects declared by enterprises, the inspection team examined and reviewed the site. An examination and approval was made by the work committee on excellent sites for production safety and civilized construction of the Architecture Industry Association of Shenzhen. Ningjia Garden (Ningjia Garden is the name of the project plot, while the project is promoted with the name of Great Aim Central City) was selected as a demonstrative project of "excellent site for production safety and civilized construction" and became one of the under-construction residential projects to win such an honor in the riverside of Longgang of Shenzhen.
