Training Series Four Organized by HR Department of the Group--Training on Office Word Software發(fā)布時間：
Birds need to swing their wings to fly high, while men need to study to make progress. To improve the skill of the group's employees in office software and enhance their working efficiency, on the afternoon of October 28, a training series four was organized by HR department of the group--training on the application of office word software. The training was participated in by around 30 trainees from each functional department of the group in the conference room on the 14th floor.
The training was lectured by Liu Haijuan, deputy personnel manager of HR department of the group, who introduced and explained the basic application and using techniques of word on the commonly used items of word in the daily work of employees. In the training, several functions and using methods of the software were introduced and explained, such as creation of copybook, application of tables, header and footer, column, annotation, super link, revision, edition of pictures and generation of document catalog. The training was highly useful for actual use and operation. The trainees were divided into groups and practiced the word software on the computer under the instructions of the trainer. Liu Haijuan answered the questions raised by the trainees.
Through the training, the trainees mastered the daily use of office software and further understood some advanced techniques. Everyone said, the targeted training not only enhanced the skillfulness of employees in operating the software, but also helped improve their work efficiency. It is expected that the group can offer more such training activities.
