Office of Great Aim Group Conducts Photographic Technique Training
To enhance the photographic technique level of the administration staff and cultivate“versatile office talents”,the Office of Great Aim Group organized to conduct the photographic technique training at the meeting room on the 14th floor of the Great Aim Building at 17:30,June 15,2017.
XingGuofeng is explaining the basic use of a single-lens reflex camera
Photographer Xing Guofeng from the Cultural Publicity Department acted as the lecturer,and 12 office workers participated in the training.Xing Guofeng first explained the definitions,advantages and disadvantages as well as use of pocket camera,telephoto camera and single-lens reflex camera in digital cameras,then illustrated such picture elements as colors,light,depth of field,theme and composition,and at last he shared his valuable experience in photography:the Rule of Thirds can make photos more beautiful;background walls and logos in photos should be as complete as possible;the continuous capture mode must be used for taking candid photos of a subject’s movements;photographers should actively invite both the host and the guest to take a group photo;photographers can use equipment and the best angle to attract the subject’s attention…In as short as half an hour,there were explanation,demonstration and on-the-spot practice.All participants feel that the training is interesting and they have benefited a lot.

In the second half of this years,to ensure that all office workers of the group meet the requirements of corporate culture and administrative management and have a good performance ability,the group office will adhere to the principle of combining centralized training and employees’self-study and conduct internal training for at least six times.
